Monday:  Students practiced identifying the correct forms of sum and possum and then translating them; they completed an additional practice for Wednesday's quiz over the present forms of these two irregular verbs.  We reviewed the types of prepositional phrases and completed a practice over the information.
Wednesday:  Students took their Sum and Possum Quiz.  We took notes over the 3rd Neuter Declension and also i-stems.
Friday:  Students completed a 3rd Neuter Only Practice and their 3rd Neuter Practice Quiz.  They put their prepositions practice test in their interactive notebook and worked on that in their tables for the rest of the period.

Monday-Tuesday:  no school for students.
Wednesday:  Students had an opportunity to look at their semester exam to see their problem areas.  We discussed the test and quiz schedule for the upcoming unit.  The students put their Chapter 8 Notes regarding prepositions in their interactive notebooks.  We filled in our Chapter 8 Notes, discussing prepositions in Latin, how they can use either the accusative or ablative case, how "in" can use either and how the definition changes, and lastly how many prepositional phrases in Latin have names depending on the type of preposition used and the type of noun used.
